Digital printing

Direct digital printing uses inkjet technology, firing droplets of CMYK UV ink on top of one another to create full colour or solid logos and images. As the ink is exposed during print, the UV light creates a chemical reaction where the photo-initiators cause the ink components to cross-link into a solid, leading to instant drying. Direct digital printing is highly recommended for complex logos and photographic images, as well as small to medium volume runs with a multi-colour print due to its one off setup cost, no matter how many colours are required. Pantone matching isn’t achievable using direct digital printing but a close reproduction of colours can be produced. Our digital machines are also equipped with white ink meaning different substrate colours can be printed in full colour.
